Booked a king suite on July 30th. When we got there they had us in a queen suite. Said they were over booked and when asked about what they could do about it, said we were only charged 100 a night. We were charged 116.50 a night. Only had 1 bath towel in the room, went and asked for more, said they were out. Garbage disposal did not work, hope the room doesn’t smell for the next guests, because we had put 2 hard boiled eggs in there!

My room was attached to maid's linen closet, maids was very noisy early morning and evening

Really clean and great service. Room was nicely decorated and they offer good choices for breakfast.

The staff and front desk were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will likely stay here in the future I’d there is a need. Very pleasant experience. They made our life doable during a difficult time.
