Never got a room to over booked at property. The staff was helpful to find me a new room.

I liked the handicap room. I traveled with a handicap person and was given the first floor the first night. The room was comfortable but not handicap accessible, which we knew for the first night. The hall had a stench of pee. Apparently there was an accident from on of the other rooms and tootles overflowed, The room didn’t smell. The second night was so much better. We were in a handicap room and the hall there was fine. It’s an older building, but clean. Other than the pee smell in that one hallway, everything else was great.
