It really wasn't in a location that was that great. everything was like 15 minutes away. I also booked it on here for 166 total for fees and everything, but I paid $195, my friend got the same room and hers was $203. same amount of people, same room, same floor. There were no towels in the pool area and there were about 30 teenage girls screaming nonstop while in the pool. I don't mind children having fun, but the screaming like they were being murdered in the pool was awful. you couldn't even be in there. The breakfast was ok. your standard hotel breakfast. waffles, eggs, fruits, yogurt, ceral and drinks.

My room had black mold (quite a bit) on the wall. I didn’t notice until after I stayed one night unfortunately, the staff was very kind and helpful when I brought it to their attention. I wouldn’t risk staying at that hotel again though. My daughter and I were both sick while we were there (headaches, cough, etc) because of the mold. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Close to airport and close to restaurants and shopping. Heard lots of heavy walking above making it difficult to sleep.

After checking in my son was in our room changing into his swimsuit and another guest walked in on him because they assigned another guest to the room they had already assigned us. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, and pull out couch bed. Receptionist was rude when we tried to address some of the issues. Most of the doors had out of order signs on them, as did the water fountains. At breakfast the next morning they were serving breakfast tacos and they had individual salsas and I went to grab one and noticed they had been expired by a month.

Everything was fine except the hot tub was not working and the fold out bed mattress was horrible . Clean nice service. I would recommend as long as you don’t need the sleeper sofa.

Room issues and lack of response from manager.

The room was comfortable. There were several issues that we had such as the tub not draining and up to your ankle in water when showering, the two burner stove had one of the burners not connected, the dishwasher was missing screws at the top so when you opened it up it tilted forward, and the living room TV not working because somebody put batteries in the remote backwards. We talked to the front desk about these issues, but it took three phone calls before actually talking to the manager after two promises that the manager would call. They offered us points for our issues, but what they didn’t tell me is I would not receive points for the stay itself. Very disappointing overall.
