"We stayed at VVF Residence Plagne 1800 Paradiski from 23.03.2023 - 27.03.2023. Our flight was delayed on arrival so we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm. We received an email with instructions that our keys would be in the safe in the hotel building. When we found our keys it said we were in a different building, we had booked ski in/ski out because we wanted ski in/ski out. There was a 'map' in the envolope however this was not a map it was just a illustration of the two buildings next to one...

"A truly ski in ski out experience right off Plein Sud chairlift. Val Thorens is breathtaking and the service is unmatched. Breakfast was included and was lovely every morning inside Casa Alta with a view of the slopes. Two turn down services per day and free ski locker with rentals and room reservation. My driver, Florian, was fantastic and was hired by the hotel to pick me up in Geneva, Switzerland. Great rooms and great value. Trip of a lifetime! "

"Comfortable hotel in a good location. The room was compact which was tricky as we had lots of skiwear but this was more than made up for by the hot tub, sauna, steam room and ski lockers with boot warmers! The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can park right outside (snow permitting) to unload before parking in one of the main car parks. Recommended, especially if you book one of their larger rooms."

"This hotel is very contemporary yet homely, the beds are large, the rooms are larger than std. The balcony overlooking the mountains was an added touch, where we could sit and enjoy a coffe or wine and watch the skiers go by. "Fantastic little hotel, owner / manager always on hand, Jean the receptionist is amazing, nothing is a problem. Just refurbished, food is cooked on site from scratch and you can tell.
