"We had a lovely time. When we first arrived we were really disappointed with our apartment, the balcony was not a balcony! We were on the ground floor - no problem there - but there was a concrete wall instead of balcony balustrade, it was about 5 foot high with only a slither of light coming over, you could just about peer over if you stood on tip toe… I’ve never seen anything like it! "The room was lovely and the communication from the hotel with regards to the restaurant was good. The restaurant and bar were very nice great area, breakfast was lovely. My only complaint was on arrival they charged me again even though I had prepaid, there was also a separate deposit of €150 which you don’t get credited back for 3-4 days. I paid the bill as I did not have my glasses on me but when I unpacked translated the bill to English I realised what had happened and returned to reception....

We stayed in an annex which wasn’t as nice and the carpet was stained, nevertheless the room was very comfortable and large. Bed is very comfortable. "The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "
