The property is like a studio apartment which is pretty cool…but please be aware of the $110 pet fee and if you have a vehicle…you have to pay $9 per night for parking…things I didn’t know until I was checking out…also they have no accommodation for wheelchairs

The guys that trim the trees arrived before 8am with their loud machines that was an inconvenient or than that everything was amazing

I liked that parking is so much cheaper than other hotels and it was an easy 20 minute drive to Disney. At night, it was hard to find parking near my unit and I often had to walk, but it was quiet enough to feel safe. I had received notice there would be a scheduled power outage from 9pm to 1am, but they had provided flashlights in case. I had returned from the parks before 1am, but the power was already on and no need for the flashlight at all. Would stay again.

Rooms very spacious and clean. Quick check-in. Was able to check in early got a $50 fee. Breakfast was great each morning. Would stay here in the future
