This is an amazing resort, the infinity pool over looking the beach is incredible. The staff was pleasant and cordial. Gorgeous property, friendly staff. The food service was very slow for both dinner and breakfast, and it was their off season. They seemed to be well staffed. Must just be on island time.

We stayed in the beachfront villa. The accommodation is beautiful. The pool the beach the location is amazing ! BUT… But, the service is beyond slow for everything. Ridiculously slow. I believe we got food poisoning on the last night or a very bad infection. The restaurant food was good, but expensive and again the service was slow. And the hotel was very quiet!!!!! After spending $5k on a weekend getaway I would have hoped for a greater level of service

My wife and I celebrated our 7th anniversary at Itz'Ana and had a great time! The staff was friendly, though a bit slow, even by beach standards. Regardless, we were well taken care of and the grounds are magnificent, we were very satisfied with the trip as a whole! Food and drinks were EXCELLENT, truly well done. Big shout out to Johnny and the cocktail class, it was so much fun!
