Pizzo town lovely
Posted 3 Jul 2024 on HotelsA local resort type hotel with a pool. We were just overnighting so can’t comment on the facilities, but could have been a bit cleaner and found the beds a bit hard. Pizzo town was lovely though!

Fantastic Accomodation
Posted 19 Jul 2023 on HotelsWe booked into Residence Pietre Bianche for 4 nights and so glad we did. Our apartment was on the top floor (2nd floor) and had amazing views over the water especially the magnificent sunsets. We were very comfortable a large comfortable double bed and a single fold out sofa bed. We didn’t bother cooking as we opted for half board at the fabulous onsite Me Restaurant. Food was really good. Happy hour was a delight. The staff (especially the lovely Vera) we’re so very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool was lovely after spending time at the private beach. Plenty of day beds and umbrellas. Thank you again to the staff for making our time at your Aparthotel such a pleasure. I would 100% return to enjoy everything here.

Great private apartment

Pros: Great location and space of the room.
Cons: Sound, you can hear your upstairs neighbors.
Location: Pizza, gelato, beach!
This place was great, since it has a full kitchen and living space. Its just a 2 minute drive to the main plaza and has a friendly guy that runs the place. It had a pool but while we were there in the beginning of May it wasn't prepared yet for swimmers. Close to the Beach and you will need a car to travel around but if your not from this area please get the smallest car available since the roads are super tiny.

Apartment hotel with pool
Posted 25 Aug 2016We enjoyed our stay in this apartment hotel with a lovely, spotlessly clean swimming pool. Pino and the other staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very pleasant.The hotel was popular with Italian families and it was a quiet and relaxing environment. There is a very good restaurant on site with a wide choice of food and wine at reasonable prices. The apartments all offer sea views and have a gas hob and selection of pots, pans and crockery so simple meals can be made if required. The town of Pizzo is about a fifteen minute walk but it is along a fairly busy road with no footpath A shuttle bus runs at intervals into town which is useful but a taxi can be picked up in the main square also. Pizzo has a selection of restaurants and cafes and there are some fabulous beaches on the other side of the town centre which can be reached by bus or car. Free parking is available at the hotel. We bought supplies from a small grocery shop about 100 m from the main square there was also an excellent fruit and vegetable shop off the square. A car would be useful for anyone travelling as a family group although there is a local train service and the train station is a short walk along the beach - although this would be difficult with luggage. All in all a lovely, clean,friendly hotel suitable for a quiet family holiday.
