"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"A perfect, cute, unique apartment in a great location! The apartment had plenty of space, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. Its location is central and it’s easy to walk anywhere you need to go! There are a couple of great little wine bars across the street as well. Reception was very friendly and communicative. All around a great find. "

"Its in a great location but we were on the top floor of 4 flights of very steep stairs trying to carry heavy suit case. there was no help from the girl who showed us the room. We are elderly and probably shouldnt have booked a place with such steep stairs. But the location was absolutely perfect and the room was charming. "This was not quite what was expected, and we were not the demographic usually targeted. The room was basic and clean. The laundry was very welcomed. Please do not stay here on a Saturday if you need to go to sleep early. The property hosted a big, loud event, with music thumping through the rooms until 11:30. Hotel guests seem to be a secondary consideration here. The passageways smelt manky, and the carpeting and floors needed a thorough vacuum. Dust and gunk everywhere. "
