My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster, leaving me utterly appalled by the conditions and service. The property bears no resemblance to the advertised photos—what greeted me instead was a dilapidated, almost abandoned structure that seemed like a ghost of its former self. The so-called "lobby" was an extension of the owners' living quarters, with their personal belongings strewn about, creating an unprofessional, disorganized mess.
The 'staff' at this hotel displayed a blatant disregard for customer service, locking the main entrance and leaving guests to stand outside in the parking lot. When I finally managed to check in, I was escorted to a room located in the most neglected part of the property on the second floor. As soon as I entered, I was hit by a repugnant odor—an overpowering stench of vomit and mold that made the room uninhabitable.
I immediately contacted the front desk, pleading for a room change, but was flatly denied. Even when I offered to pay extra for a different room, they refused, showing an astonishing lack of empathy and professionalism. When I attempted to return my key, I was again ignored—no one responded to the doorbell, and I was left waiting for another agonizing 30 minutes before leaving the key at the door.
It was the most atrocious experience I have ever had in any establishment. The sheer neglect and contempt for basic hospitality made this stay intolerable. Avoid this place at all costs.
