The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We stayed the night because my husband was having a procedure early the next morning so instead of driving in inclement weather we chose this. Definitely recommend!

I was unaware i would need to pay for parking. It was an extra $23.00. The person at the front desk didnt look approachable, however they were friendly and fast at getting us checked in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hospital is right accross the street with made it possible for us to see our famiky member on Christmas.

The staff was very friendly. While we were eating breakfast, the staff was attentive and cleaned up our plates when we were done with them. The batteries in our room lock died, but that was fixed very fast. The worker at the desk who checked us in at night was very friendly.
