Very happy we could stay during corona outbreak - had to pick up my daughter from Pitt. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is safe. Glad Panera was still open for takeout! Safe harbor during difficult time.

The room was freezing when I got into it. It took a long time to heat up. The door to my room did not close all the way without slamming it

Overall pretty good and very clean. The hotel is non-smoking but people next door to us were smoking so we had to be moved since the smell was everywhere in our room. The room we were moved to had no cable and there was just static on TV. The front desk said they had no more rooms we could be moved to.

lean and comfortable, but dated

The room was clean and comfortable. However, in its condition, the hotel is showing its age. On registering, I asked if an accessible room was available. They don’t have any, but provided a shower chair and suction cup grab bar. Neither worked well. The Key-card lock did not work well. It took multiple attempts every time to open the door. The decor is outdated and there were no USB ports for device charging. The wifi worked very well, though.

Thank you for staying with us. We do not have accessible rooms at this location but can provide certain items to make your room more accessible. I apologize that these items were not to your liking. Although we do not have USB ports in the rooms, all lamps have plugs. We do have adapters at the desk for loan, if you ever require one. I am sorry that your room was not to your liking and hope you will consider staying with us again.
