Got there 3 hrs early and asked for early check in and they gave it to me no issue, my room was just the furthest room in the hotel. Couch in the suite room was really stiff and outdated but everything else was nice. Was clean, water pressure was good.

Quwana checked us in and was very friendly and quick. We only stayed for 1 night, but we would definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Pittsburgh again.

Pictures are deceiving, extremely small. Pull out bed is like sleeping on the frame… the mattress is non-existent. They had no sheet, had to go back to front desk. Then no pillow for pull out bed. Would not stay there again.

A stage property at best. We weren’t at our hotel much but it served its purpose. Stayed 3 nights and never got clean towels.

The stay was overall good but the room had a slight musty odor.
