Bad, cold food swimming in grease. Extremely noisy at 3:00 in the morning. Very hard pillows. Uncontrollable room temperature. Cold room. No extra blankets.

More of a boutique hotel. Small lobby felt crowded at times. Good on site restaurant. Overall hotel condition very good in general. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Really nice hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. Great bed and clean. Separate shower was great. Would book again.
