The room was always too hot or too cold. Made a request for towels 2 times during a 3 night stay and never received them. Hotel rooms are starting to show age. Menu fior breakfast has been the same for years. Hotel is affordable and with free parking you tend to look past some of it.

Great location-short walk to Heinz History Museum, PPG Paints Arena, many other restaurants and shops. Has a pool, hot tub, fitness room that are open early/stay open late. Room was spacious with live TV and smart TV apps. Shower had nice water pressure and bathroom had a door for privacy. No fan unfortunately. Housekeeping services your room every other day. You can request every day. The downside was the toilets in the building. Our bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly and easily clogged. A worker told us it was the second toilet that was clogged that night. In addition, I used the bathroom in the lobby and two different toilets weren’t flushing in there either! They must have plumbing issues or need to replace the toilets. The second negative is that our room still had trash on the floor when we arrived, a dirty hand warmer in the closet and a candy wrapper on the floor along with trash still in the can from the previous guests. The people that work there are very friendly and prompt when you call them for help. Overall, it’s a good Hampton but has some issues that need to be addressed.

I usually have the best experience there with cleaness and but our room and bathroom was dirty. There was banging outside of our room all night long and usually I don’t have that problem. I stay there 3 to 4 times a month.
