Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Love that they had workout equipment in the room. I would stay here again

I loved how it was an open setting the the rooms weren’t like your typical hotel rooms the floor to ceiling curtains and the amazing neon light in the rooms with the work out gear…… made my trip
Also there is a front desk agent by the name of Jordan who literally has the best customer service skills known things like that aren’t taught….. he took great care of us I feel like that man deserves a raise because of the extent he goes To make sure “His Guest” as he calls it are well taken care of and protected

Parking was very expensive . It is a long ways to University of Pittsburgh

The room was not cleaned. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in because they weren’t ready for us. The bathroom mirror was cracked and the bathroom smelled like mildew when the shower was on. One window lacked blackout curtains and we were blasted with sunlight at dawn. The room was not quiet and you could hear pounding all morning. It is close to PPG arena which was nice but all and all I wouldn’t stay here again.
