Hotel pictures are deceiving, it’s very tired and grungy.

We were there for a two-night stay, Friday night and Saturday. By 3 pm Saturday, we still had not received maid service. We brought that to the attention of the hotel staff as we left for the afternoon and evening. When we returned to the hotel at mid-night, the room had not been cleaned. Other than this, our stay was enjoyable.

Place was in a great location. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is tight, but they do offer valet and there are a couple garages within a block of the hotel you can self park in. Our room was clean, and huge. Would stay again.

Overall the hotel was fine, though the Manager for the night we check in was totally disrespectful as we requested a change in our room. Her name was Christina. She told us that we checked late, and gave us unreasonable excuses for not agreeing to please our request. First time in my life traveling that someone at a hotel chain in which I am a frequent customer that behaves so poorly.
