So very happy we chose this hotel for our extended weekend. It is a charming little hotel. Staff is exceptionally friendly, hotel is very clean, and there is ample parking. Entrance into hotel is warm and inviting and staff is welcoming. I appreciated the quiet and also how safe I felt staying here with my daughter. The free breakfast is a fun added perk. Drive into Pittsburgh was about 30 minutes and drive to airport about 15. Dining options are available near hotel.

Like other hotels we have a late check out policy which does include a fee which is clearly posted at the front desk. Check-out time is clearly posted to be 11am. We called your room at 11:15am since we did not have you checked out with the front desk. Apparently, we woke you up, and we explained the policy. We have a duty to make sure the rooms are ready for the arriving guests, a late check-out guest is an inconvenience for the new guest, this is the reason for the policy as well as we are not aware of your physical limitations or personal situations.

You did not stay at our hotel, your reservation was cancelled without penalty due we could not accommodate you and your cat. My hotel staff follows the policies that are set, sorry that you do not agree with them, but they are there for a reason.

The motel was very nice, but I have 2 complaints. Charging forty dollars per day for 3 of the 5 days stay for "incidentals" is ridiculous. My wife and I have been on vacations for 45 years and never experienced this. The bill was for seven hundred and eight dollars, but my Visa was charged for nine hundred and twenty dollars. Denise said that I will only be charged seven hundred and eight dollars when the charge moves from pending to posted on my Visa account. The 2nd complaint is that our room (118) was not cleaned at all on 10/5/2024. Our checkout was 10/6/2024 am. I mentioned this to Denise at checkout.
