I liked the area and the convenience. I loved the staff, they were all friendly and helpful. It was a very nice hotel, but my room had a sticky cup ring on the bed side table, no conditioner or body wash in the shower and no stirers for the coffee/tea in the room. The parking was nice and convenient, however it was kind of complicated. Though the charge is $35 it scares you with a rate of $99 as you leave, but the lady at the front desk warns you about this ahead of time. Also it is a wierd system of taking a ticket, though they give you a QR code to scan for in and out... but you have to scan your ticket and the QR code to get out, idk, it just seemed overly complicated. I kept having my validated QR code tell me it wasnt working.... but i finally was able to get out. Haha! Overall it was a nice place to stay for the price, and for being so close to downtown.

Property is conveniently close to the arena, but overall was very underimpressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Also had to pay additional fees to park.

Lots of Mould in shower. Noisey bed. Dirty tv screens. Dirty mirrors. Dirty floors. No bags in trash cans. Broken furniture

There were loud parties between 1 am and 4 am. Loud doors slamming throughout the night.
