"I have never experienced anything like my stay in Carthage, MO. For some reason Expedia had my reservation for the week before, my paperwork showed the 24th check-in. Not one guest that I talked to had anything good to say about their stay. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had. Staff didn't show up till 6:00 and breakfast was suppose to be ready at 6:00. I will never go through Expedia again for any of my bookings."
