Happy with stay however not being able to check in until 4:45pm is inconvenient. Old style hotel in need of some flooring (in particular) needs updated. Good proximity to town and staff friendly.

Standard rooms are very small Hotel needs a freshen up Otherwise enjoyed our stay and would stay there again Pool area good Spa Treatments excellent

Location was great. Easy to get onto Pitlochry high street. Poor rating as the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. There was black mould and soap scum over the bath and mouldy crisps under the bed.

The spa staff were very friendly, just wish I had researched the spa amenities earlier. Wish I had taken advantage of them.
