Hotel was in a great location and room was nice and fun. Note that you may need a code to enter the building - I had not received this in advance so you may want to ask for it a few days in advance. However, I called someone and they answered and were very helpful.

Posted 27 Oct 2019 on HotelsLocated just behind the Baptistry and about 20 meters from the gorgeous Cathedral square, the staff are wonderfully helpful, the recently modernized rooms are quite excellent with double glazing on the windows to ensure not an iota of noise creeps in from the market place at the back, the breakfast is plentiful and enjoyable, and the restaurant full of tempting dishes.
A friend who has lived in Italy for over 35 years regards Pistoia as the country’s most beautiful town after Florence. I would not go quite so far, although it’s historic center is an absolute gem. And I can think of no more ideal hotel when visiting. A big “Bravi” to all the staff.

At the front desk we received so much help from Brigilda. She was fantastic. Nicola was very accommodating and drove with us to find the parking garage. Best breakfast ever. A wonderful place to stay while visiting Pistoia! Perfect location, adorable and friendly hotel.

Never have I experience such a total plus,from the beautully designed,comfortable and clean rooms to a staff totally involed in pleasing their guests including achef who obviously loves food.
