Very helpful and kind, went out of their way to help us find great restaurant, also willing to hwlp drives us arou d. Overall a wonderful experience.

Posted 27 May 2015 on HotelsThis place was absolutley amazing! The people here were super nice. they didnt speak much english but that didnt stop them for accommodating us. Right outside of florence. It a great way to see some of the italian culture. It has such a beautiful view. I would stay here again when going back to florence.

Posted 7 Jun 2012It's a bit out of the way, but the staff is nice enough to offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station and the area is very pretty. The staff are super friendly and enjoyable people. This was the best place for the money we stayed at in our 10 day trip in Italy and France. Nice pool, clean and quiet rooms and fantastic staff. What more could you ask for.

Für eine Nacht okay
Posted 29 Jun 2023 on HotelsWir hatten hier nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp und erhielten eine kleine Wohnung mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, kleinem Bad und Balkon. Wenn nicht die Handtücher und Stühle auf dem Balkon gefehlt hätten und das Bad etwas größer gewesen wäre, hätte es volle Punktzahl gegeben. Im Bad musste man quasi übers Bidet steigen, um auf die Toilette zu kommen.
Am Pool gab es leider nicht für alle Liegen, so dass wir nur Stühle zur Verfügung hatten. Die Korbmöbel sind teilweise kaputt und nicht einladend. Das Frühstück war okay, das Wichtigste war da, aber wenn bei Hotels.com mit großem Frühstück geworben wird, ist das maßlos übertrieben!
