Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. "The property looks amazing but a lot what you see on the images doesn’t come true during a normal stay. I had a superior triple room. We were lucky that we only had a child with because the room was tiny. We complained and all rooms are apparently the same size. I think images are only of exclusive bridal suites. The pool that isn’t square on the images is closed and only for weddings. Other pool is good and lively. That was the key highlight. Wouldn’t go back"

"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "
