Great area, staff is so nice, valet staff is prompt and friendly, lovely room. A little noisy during the day but otherwise a great stay in a lovely hotel.

The staff for Valet were rockstars for starters After that we slowly were let down around every corner. Our room was not clean in the slightest (hair on the floors, stains on sheets, feces in toilet walls) with damage everywhere to the doors, walls, couches etc. None of doors could lock because of the damage making privacy nonexistent with having children in the next room. The water was over 130 degrees, I burned myself more than once. I own a plumbing company and know how very dangerous water that hot to unsuspecting adults and children can be. We tried out the roof top dining and was sat away from the firepits (none available which was ok) Then after we froze our whole time a couple was sat next to us where they brought a space heater to enjoy. That just was the icing on the cake. My wife and I both tried the margaritas (first roubd was good, second batch was horrible!!!) We both woke up with horrible headaches. The place at first seemed nice and we tried to not be THAT GUEST about the room but as time wrapped up we couldnt not share this. Hope this helps someone

I’ve stayed here in the past. This time there was noticeable wear on the trim,doors and wall covering. There was mold in the shower and rust on towel racks. I did enjoy the roof top deck and the overall ambiance in the lobby. It would be convenient if there was complimentary coffee in the lobby as there is in similarly priced hotels.

We enjoyed our stay, only issue was housekeeping didn't come to room and we needed to get ready. No movies.

Overall nice place/good value. The services for Sunday brunch were not good. Big wedding party the night before may have contributed.
