Wonderful structure reminding “ hacienda feeling”, wide hallways, staircases, lovely large rooms, amazing tiled showers, airy & beautiful views. Nice patios, and outdoor dining area and large, huge pool. Small lovely private archeological museum. Attentive staff. Don’t forget to visit Ballista's islands, pingüinos, birds and sea lions.

We love that this hotel has many amenities. Museum, tennis court, pickleball court, water sports, spa, beautiful pool area. The food is amazing but there is only one restaurant. And while not super important, it is noticeable that the rooms do not offer any special body soaps, shampoos, conditioners. And body lotion is not available at all. This is quite unfortunate for a 5 star hotel. Even most of the most basic hotels offer these amenities.

Everything was excellent Starting from the great welcome Ernesto at front desk gave us to the amazing service we received from absolutely everybody.We travelled with a baby and all the staff were very attentive to any needs baby might have.
