The property was amazing, the rooms espacios and comfortable, Andy and Andrew were perfect hosts, they gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was amazing and delicious choice's Andy and Andrew prepared us cappuccino, fresh OJ and eggs. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic, the two owners are friendly and gave great knowledge re good restaurants, tourist traps to avoid etc. My wife and I were there two days and the location is excellent - everything is walkable. Pisa is a beautiful place.

This property looks quite modest from the outside, and is stunning on the inside. Our room was luxurious, and breakfast was delicious. With good advice as to where to eat, and where not too, our stay was truly a delight.

In the heart of Pisa, this jewel exceeded our expectations in every way. Andrew and staff were cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. Andrew and Andy could not have been more gracious and hospitable. Friendly and helpful, literally nothing was too much trouble for them. The building is old and with plenty of character, beautiful frescoes ceiling in the rooms, only as it is located right in the centre of town it may be a little noisy in the morning but the rest more than makes up for it and we would definitely go back. The perfect stay
We had such a perfect trip, the room is beautiful and the breakfast fantastic - would definitely recommend the omelette and croissants. Alternative milk no problem in the morning with our cappuccinos and great service with a smile! We loved it here and would definitely return if we find ourselves in Pisa!
