Nice place, not fancy, clean, good parking. Decent location, you need a car. Pisa has very poor transportation. No uber, good luck getting a taxi.

Great parking bidet sprayer heads need to be changed. Ventilation fans are needed in the room. If you left the doors open, mosquitoes came in. Breakfast was really good. Host and hostess were extremely accommodating. We felt safe and secure.

Fantastic location and the place was better than we expected.
Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a base to travel around Tuscany.
So easy to catch the train and get around 👍

Liked the proximity to everything and free parking. Loved the ability to self check in. Only thing to consider in the future is adding a curtain to the glass entry door. When you have multiple guests using the living room as their sleeping space anyone can open the shutters and see right inside. No privacy.
