the air condition is not working, so i need to open the window.
i woke up by the sound of mosquitoes 3 times at night. and i got 4 bites on my face.
a bit smell from the drain of the toilet.

Dear guest, due to some regulations concerning the environment we should not be allowed to use the air conditioning before June, the same goes with radiators in wintertime. We are sorry about the mosquitoes but it was too early to get the air conditioning on.

This hotel is really cute. Perfect for a weekend, clean and the girl at reception is impeccable. Rosalia.
The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very modern. Location is great. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants and to the tourist attractions. I highly recommend them.

It was simple, as expected for a 2 star hotel. Would have liked to have seen more choices for breakfast. The water pressure for the shower was too low, so the water only drizzled through the shower head. Staff were really friendly and transport connections were great to Lucca and the Airport.

Thanks for you kind review Niklas. It's a pity you didn't tell us about the shower, we would have fixed it in 30 minutes. A wider choice for breakfast is not usual for a "2 star hotel". Kind regards.

Posted 25 Mar 2024 on HotelsConvenient location with free parking. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The name of the hotel located on the side and not the front, making it a bit tricky to find.
Weak shower with no soap. Overall a good value for the money.

Good location
Posted 29 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe hotel has a good location, it is only 15 minutes from the the leaning tower by foot. The walk is very easy, there is also a train station very close to the hotel.
