"A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items."

"The Hotel Elegant Lux is in a great location just a few minutes from the ski gondola and the many bars and restaurants around town. It has a shuttle bus to and from the gondola. We stayed for five nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had half board and the breakfasts and dinners were good with a buffet for both. "This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "
