The hotel is old, outdated and inside the room we found that the door doesn't lock properly. They make you leave your key at the front desk without anyone monitoring it and anyone can grab your key from the counter and see the actual room number on the key tag and access the room. "desastrosa la coordinación entre expedia y el hotel. Deberian de mejorar la comunicación. Llegué al hotel y no tenia habitación triple disponible, tuvieron la mejor disposicion para alojarnos, habían incluso intentado comunicarse con nosotros, sin que expedia les proporcionara esa información. Deberían preveer ese tipo de errores, que repito son responsabilidad de la plataforma EXPEDIA!!!!!!"
