The hotel is old, outdated and inside the room we found that the door doesn't lock properly. They make you leave your key at the front desk without anyone monitoring it and anyone can grab your key from the counter and see the actual room number on the key tag and access the room. "The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and very basic. We liked the balcony. The hot tub did not seem fully hot and super clean so we skipped that. The continental breakfast was pleasant and there is a nice outdoor sitting area on the third floor next to the breakfast area."

A maintenance worker kindly did what he could to help me and the other customers piling up at the reception desk since its attendant was gone for a good 20 minutes (no sign, no explanation).
