Very disappointed. Spent a lot of money for a precarious room. No phone in the from to reach the front desk, tried calling them from my phone with the number on the website no success either. Extremely awful experience, will not go again.

Hello, we've received your complaint. We are deeply sorry by what happened, however today we have accommodations that have internal telephones and others that still do not. The request to have a telephone in the apartment will be done in the future, as we have the project to implant telephones in all accommodations this year.

Lovely Country Trip

Huge hotel, internationally speaking 3 stars, clean but not very well maintained, too big. Breakfast was good and I was surprised how many people were there

I didn’t even stay there. I tried to cancelled at the same day I did the reservation but they told me that I wasn’t able to cancel it.

A pousada é bonita, mas peca no essencial: a cama e o banheiro são ruins. O café da manhã é bom, mas o esquema de servir é péssimo. Falta acessibilidade.

Veículos passando na frente do quarto toda hora
Posted 4 Aug 2024 on HotelsFuncionários atenciosos, hotel limpo, café da manhã bem gostoso, com muita variedade. O quarto que ficamos dá de frente para a piscina, mas antes tem uma pista onde passam os carros para irem para seus chalés. Não gostamos disso pois toda hora passa carro em frente ao quarto, inclusive à noite e de madrugada. Não tivemos um sono tranquilo, sem barulho. Queremos descansar e não ficar escutando barulho de veículos passando a todo momento e uns passavam muito rápido. O povo sem noção viu...
