"Super bad experience - sewer tank was overflowing potty & urine everywhere smelling very bad, many bed bugs in the room couldn't sleep, blood stains in the bed and pillow, dirtiest mattress I have ever seen, and the toilet were full of stains. It's like a super shady lodge. I have attached a pic for reference. And when I asked the manager he was helpless to do anything and did nothing."

Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"

"First bad thing is check in time is 2 PM according to expedia check out time is 12:30 pm n Hotel management said its 12:00pm while they didn't mentioned that. At check out time they started calling at 12:25 to check out every 5 min they called. Staff Manager Amarth was very rude, started arguing. No room service nthng. For room rating is good but staff service is very poor"
