"Great location on the ocean! Best rooms are the balconies overlooking the water. Breakfast in the morning had great variety. "

" Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. I wanted to stay in Piran but choose this hotel initially for two reasons: (a) it was walking distance along a promenade to Piran and offered free parking; and (b) it would be staying in a slice of history as the form of the hotel (though not the renovated interiors) harked back to the more brutalist days of the Yugoslav Republic. "Good hotel, pretty central. The breakfast could have had a better selection. Not impressed with pigeons flying around if you sat outside. Wi-fi reception was not great which was a bit let down. Had to check in at the hotel next door as this one had no check in desk which was a bit odd."

"The room was ok, but the parking was too far from the apartment, and ot did not say in the description. I had to carry a lot of my luggage by myself and it was not near. And when we got there, the man who regulated the parking was confused where were we staying, so we circeled a couple of time. Bad organisation. And they charged a fee for the registration that was not mentioned. I was really dissapointed."

Of note is the beach area, and the city of Piran to walking distance. the dining area could use some decorating! it feels like a hospital cafeteria, bright white lights included "
