Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use. "駅出てすぐのため、夜遅めの到着でも安心。コンビニも50Mくらい先にありました。素泊まりだったので、お食事は分からず。徒歩5〜10分くらいで飲食店が多いエリアに行けます。大浴場も夜通し空いているのでありがたい。フロントが3階のため、夜だったせいか、入り口がちょっとだけ分かりにくかったです。また旭川に行くことがあれば、必ずまたここで予約を取ると思います！"

"It was a very busy time, lots of people checking in. Despite that, all staff very helpful and accommodating to foreign travellers. Hotel close to boulevard with many restaurants and coffee shops. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Loved walking around in Japanese style PJ’s. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was very convenient.If you arrive early the hotel will hold your luggage. The room was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The room was clean. The Japanese breakfast had many items to choose from. If you’re not going around in a car this hotel is great and before the hotel from the station, the tourist information office is there. The Biei tourist office runs a tour bus around Biei twice a day. Also get your train and bus schedules. The trains comes every 2 hours after the summer season, so you have to time yourself wisely. "
