"Absolute great staff. They go out of their way to help with any questions. Very attentive. Basic Rooms but for the price, I was very satisfied. Good Wifi. A pretty good breakfast for only $13R. It is close to popular bars and restaurants of Ponta Negra and a short walk/uber to the beach. I recommend it and would come back"

"It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. "Veru pleasant stay at this hotel. They have good options at the restaurant with reasonable prices, entertainment, good free breakfast, sauna, and a nice small game room. When booking, be aware of the location of the room, the high up ones can be quite the walk up, but with amazing views. "Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines."

"This hotel is in a great location being on the beach. Nice pool and breakfast was good. It is an older hotel and they dont take really great care of it. I did not have very hot water bur the air conditioner was great and in a good location where it was not blowing directly on me. No elevator and does have stairs. You can walk to some food locations. "The location is fantastic. On the main road in the centro with a quick walk to everything. In front of the ocean with great views of the sea. A helpful staff. Included breakfast was OK. Sufficient. The hotel is one of the older hotels in the area and it shows. The standard room (no sea view) was basic. Bed was OK and could be more comfortable. It is located in a safe and quiet area which was important for me. You pay a little higher rate than other places in the area so you are mostly paying for the location. I recommend but I would have liked the rate to be a little lower"
