We booked this property over others in the area because it advertised hot tub and sauna. When we arrived after a long drive from Livigno we were surprised to hear we couldn’t use it at all. Not only was it an extra $15 euro pp, they said it was fully booked. Our room was very noisy and didn’t get much sleep as we could hear our neighbours TV all night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel was not what we thought we signed up for.

Dear Guest,We are sorry that for just one night's stay you thought of inserting such a low rating, which does not respect the daily work of all of us.On our website it is indicated that the sauna is by reservation and for a fee and we are sorry that you did not read it.If you had booked the sauna when you arrived and not requested it in the late afternoon, I assure you that you would have found a place.It was enough to say it as soon as you checked in, since it was such an important thing for you.

Nice hotel close to ski lifts and shops

Afternoon tea with cakes are served in the living room Good breakfast is provided. Parking space is limited (for about 10 vehicles) and first come first serve.

About parking place we have also 11 places in an underground garage very close to hotel.
So all teh cars of the guests can find a place.

Posted 15 Feb 2012 on HotelsVery friendly nice personnel, but the storage room does not motivate leaving personal belongings there. The hotel was quite empty and it was not allowed to check out 2 hours later.
For the rest, a nice quite 3-star hotel. Definitely not more.

Nuit etape bien
Posted 10 Sep 2021 on HotelsEtape d une nuit dans cet hotel, accueil charmant du propriétaire, tres bien situé, seul bemol le parking peu de place a l hotel, qques unes en face avec le disque pour 2h, sinon un payant a 5 euros la journee a cote des remontées.
Petit dej bien, chambre egalement.

Pulizia gentilezza e normative covid da 10 e lode. Camera ottima con terrazzo Colazione a buffet assistito un po limitata dalle barriere e dalle normative
Parcheggio in loco ottimo
