"There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. "O predio. no geral, eh bom, moderno, bem equipado e com tudo muito novo e funcional. O grande problema dessa propriedade eh o sistema de entrada e saida no predio. A localizacao dele nao eh em zona super segura. A portaria remota demora muito para abrir a primeira porta. Alias, demora sempre mais do que o necessario. O melhor seria os hospedes terem acesso a abrir e fechar a porta do predio. Outra questao foi o colchao EXTREMAMENTE macio, que nao eh nada confortavel."

"The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre."

Hotel confortável

"Hotel confortável, devido o quarto ser amplo e com piso laminado. Chuveiro bom e limpeza boa do quarto. Única coisa é o cheiro de mofo que tem nos corredores do Hotel, por ser ainda de carpete. Acho que deveriam trocar para não ficar com este cheiro. Recomendo o Hotel para quem está de passagem pela cidade, ótimo custo benefício."
