You dont get what you paid for without a fight!
Posted 10 Jul 2024 on HotelsThese apartments are basic but comfertable with most of what you need. Not the cleanest though and no chance of clean towels regardless of how long your staying. Balcony doors dont lock and safe doesnt work.
Dont expect to get what you paid for during busy season unless you arrive very early before all apartments are full.
2 years running we paid for an upper apartment with a balcony and spare beds. Both years they tried to put us in lower ground floor with dark terrace. Last year after an hour of having to explain and prove what we paid for, and call hotels.com for assistance we finally got the correct apartment. This year after a nightmare journey and after having to explain and proove again what we booked (hotels.com app isnt enough, you have to send them the email confirmation) we had no choice but to accept a ground floor then change the next day, which wasnt gauranteed, so left without a room for 4 hours!!
Staff are not helpful about this issue, no apologies just claim nothing they can do. Well there is something they can do, place visitors in the apartments they paid for and not base it on first come first served.
We wont be back as dont want the same hassle every year.

Staff was very friendly, the apartment had everything we needed and we were also allowed to use the kids splash/pool area in the sister hotel resort, which is just across the street.

Mucho que mejorar - Servicio sobretodo
Posted 27 Jul 2019 on HotelsServicio de la recepción primer día horrible, no se enteraban de nada las chicas de recepción, la joven y la mayor, además de bordes, parece que te están haciendo un favor dejándote entrar...Los chicos de la tarde/noche estupendos. Lo del parking no es funcional...cada vez pedir que te abran es incomprensible.
El sitio está ok, pero justo. Por la mañana se oyen los platos del hotel de delante a primera hora, o sea que olvidate de dormir. La cocina bastante justa y lento si quieres hervir algo tarda 10minutos. No repetiremos, seguro, ni recomendaremos a ningún amigo.

Sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Hoteleigenes Parkhaus für 15 €. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze auch an der Strasse sind schwer zu finden.Rezeption ist ab 17.00 Uhr geschlossen.
