in a nice area & very close to the beach! only issues we really had was that there was problems with the lighting and the check in process for the apartments was a little confusing and different from what is said here on expedia. the contact information seems to be out of date so i had to get it from the website directly

You dont get what you paid for without a fight!

These apartments are basic but comfertable with most of what you need. Not the cleanest though and no chance of clean towels regardless of how long your staying. Balcony doors dont lock and safe doesnt work. Dont expect to get what you paid for during busy season unless you arrive very early before all apartments are full. 2 years running we paid for an upper apartment with a balcony and spare beds. Both years they tried to put us in lower ground floor with dark terrace. Last year after an hour of having to explain and prove what we paid for, and call hotels.com for assistance we finally got the correct apartment. This year after a nightmare journey and after having to explain and proove again what we booked (hotels.com app isnt enough, you have to send them the email confirmation) we had no choice but to accept a ground floor then change the next day, which wasnt gauranteed, so left without a room for 4 hours!! Staff are not helpful about this issue, no apologies just claim nothing they can do. Well there is something they can do, place visitors in the apartments they paid for and not base it on first come first served. We wont be back as dont want the same hassle every year.

Good for families - double check check in details

It was a nice surprise to have access to the sister hotel. Check in details via hotels.com and when messaging to understand how to check in as it references a form must be completed. This seems to no longer be the case. Contact details online should be updated. Apart from that all was well and we checked in fine and the stay was lovely!

Bel établissement et accueil au top. Il est dommage qu’il fasse si froid dans la chambre et qu’il n’y ait pas assez de couvertures pour tous les occupants. De plus, une chaise était cassée à notre arrivée et la tv du salon ne fonctionnait pas. Et la rue est très bruyante !!!

El alojamiento está muy bien, muy limpio, con una gran terraza, y facilidad para ir con mascotas. Lo malo es el aparcamiento eb general de Pineda de Mar, o, que en el aparcamiento del apartahotel es un poco caro para estar varios días. Buen servicio, tranquilidad y muy buen buffet en el hotel Caliu que pertenece a su mismo grupo hotelero. Además, en el hotel, se puede entrar en las piscinas y aquapark que tiene el mismo, muy buenas instalaciones.

Recomendable

En general bien, personal muy amable, piscina del recinto muy bien, las amacas no estaban excesivamente limpias, aunque como se pone toalla por encima no hay problema, y el parking un poco complicado aparcar, pero ya lo tienen condicionado para que se pueda aparcar mas o menos bien, me ha costado dormir ya q se escuchaba la gente por la escalera ( era sabado en agosto) y de otra habitación, pero no es excesivo, muy bien todo, ninguna queja, la terraza super bien, bien equipado...nos ha gustado mucho!

Bon séjour

Séjour d'une famille de 4 personnes dans un appartement avec cuisine. Les lieux étaient propres à notre arrivée. L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 min à pieds de la mer. Si vous êtes côté rue, bruit de vaisselle toute la journée provenant de l'hôtel d'en face. Vous avez accès aux piscines avec toboggans de ce même hôtel par contre conditions d'accès aux piscines à revoir, de nombreuses personnes se baignent avec des habits (habits religieux et habits non religieux). Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Hôtel sympa, bien placé à Pineda. Point positif : propre, café à disposition, piscine sympa Point négatif: le bruit des chambres adjacentes qui sont communicantes mais surtout parking à éviteret impraticable +++. Sinon très belles chambres bien équipées.
