The breakfast sausage and egg was always cold even though they just put it out. Room was clean. Toilet would intermittently not work but not sure if it was because of post hurricane issues or just the toilet. Pool area was nice and enjoyed the water. Staff always friendly.

When I arrived at the property I noticed a homeless encampment at the edge of the parking lot. There were huge shipping containers in the parking lot which blocked parking spaces closer to the building. I stayed on the 4th floor where there were large boxes stacked along the hallway. The carpet in the hallway had a musky smell. My room was clean which was the only highlight. Upon checkout I was told that the $100 room fee would not be charged to my credit card. When I checked my credit card several days later they had charged the $100 room fee to my credit card. I spoke to the desk clerk several days later and they said it would be removed. I checked my credit card again a few days later and the charge was still there. Based on this experience I will not be staying there again.

It appears the hotel is being remodeled, the hallway on the 3rd floor was half full with boxes. The individual air conditioning unit is very noisy with some type of vibration. The bathroom ventilation fan was also very nousy when in use.

My room was supposed to be a suite, but it was just a standard room that they took the second bed out and put a nasty couch in its place. The ceilings had mold all over, and the couch had wet spots still on one side from who knows what.. I was really disappointed in the quality of the room compared to the pics of what i thought i was booking.

My room smells of mold and mildew, with water damage present in my room adjacent to my bed
