Under construction. The 3rd floor very noisy because work on 2 floor. The gtm is close. They charged me 60 dollars for early arrival even through on the phone i was told 40. Overall its a nice hotel

Renovations were going on, which I found out about after I booked and when I entered the lobby. The price should have been way lower without the bar at the lobby. I was on the fourth floor, renovations in the second and third floors. But I felt the hammering at 8am next door. Unfortunately the breakfast buffet ends at 9! I could not take advantage of it.

We checked in knowing they were doing renovations however they did provide in an email that the pool would be ready weeks before our arrival. Had we known there was no pool on site, we would have NEVER booked. When we checked in, we found out the pool wasn’t ready. We were provided a percentage off our stay - but it was quite disappointing. They assured us the pool would be ready the next day after we checked in, yet it was never ready until the day of our departure. They offered accommodations at a sister hotel for their pool, but it was over a mile away, about a 13 minute walk. They did offer a free shuttle service but that didn’t start until 11am so the whole morning was wasted. We had to switch rooms mid stay because the AC wasn’t working in our room - the new room we checked in to had dirty towels and the vents in the bathroom were clogged with dust. When we checked out, nobody from management even acknowledged that they told us the pool would be ready Sunday and yet never was until the very afternoon before our departure. Disappointing. Everyone was very friendly and the location is perfect for restaurants but overall very disappointing stay and I wouldn’t stay here again.
