Room wasn't clean. Housekeeping is horrible and the housekeepers pretend to not speak English when they are asked to Change linens or clean. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling

I found trash under neither the head of the bed, first attendant lied said they said they didn't have a iron. But my friends ask and they give him one. ☹
