Thè chair, beds and bathroom floors were dirty. The refrigerator and tub had mold around it.

Did not fix my bed at all in a five day period or take my trash can

The bed was good.The floors wasnt that clean.Around the bath tub and toil

This place was absolutely horrific and I took pictures of the room, showed them to the manager which revealed blood stains on the wall and bed, blinking lights, a dirty sink and toilet. The floor was atrocious and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I went to the manager and he refused to offer me a refund. I contacted Days In and they also refused me a refund because the manager did not check me out of the room although I literally turned the key in after I took the photos. .

The front desk worker was not customer focused. Hard to understand and unsure he was comprehending my questions. Alerted him of standing water in bathroom upon arrival- did nothing- asked my husband if he overflowed the toilet. The carpet was so nasty that it ruined my husband’s socks. His feet were so dirty the white wash rag was brown after washing them. The loveseat had gross stains and rips. The T V would freeze so it was unwatchable. The breakfast was make your own waffle, cereal or toast. There is a Rally across the street and a McDonalds to the west. Sirens went by multiple times during the overnight stay.

The room was infested with roaches. The roaches were very BOLD and crawled about all around the room.
