Reception staff such as Katy were excellent - helpful, welcoming and professional. Room was clean, kitchen facilities were good and location is convenient. Friendly environment.

Convenience location and friendly staff.
Rooms are extremely small. Never seen such a cramped hostel. The room had almost nothing but beds. Sinks in bathrooms are as small as airplane's! Not too bad for one night since it's close to two underground stations and if you have to be in that area, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

The property was clean. The toilets always clean with loads of toilet papers. I didnt have to climbe stairs to go to the toilet. We had shower in the room. Always warm.

Friendly staff made my stay more enjoyable with local suggestions and amenities. Located conveniently next to public transportation and sightseeing attractions.
