"Christina was very friendly and accommodating even with our last minute booking! Just steps from the sea and we had our best coffee in Albania at her shop below the rooms! Definitely recommend!"

"Ein tolles Hotel am Berg - die Auffahrt ist wild - aber jedes Mal aufregend. Mit Eigentümer sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, das Ambiente schön, die Aussicht ist fabelhaft. Links das Meer, rechts die Berge. Der Pool ist klasse und die Zimmer sind absolut ausreichend für den Urlaub."

"Loved this hotel and will definitely be back again. As a solo female traveller i was made to feel safe and the staff at the hotel went over and above to assist me with everything. Particularly in respect of linking my taxi up in time for the bus in dhermi. The hotel owner and bar staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with stunning views. Drinks a little on the pricy side but that is the only negative. Will definitely be back again. "

"We had a lovely stay in rapos resort it has a lovely pool area and we were offered a complimentary drink when lounging at the pool. Rooms are on the small side but clean and have nice balconies. Only complaint is the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and attentive "

"We’ve just returned from an excellent stay at Acros Resort - theres a really relaxed vibe about the place, with a beautiful backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Gorgeous sunsets. Everything was super clean, we had a fair choice of items for breakfast and we were so impressed with the staff;. They’re a young bunch that did such a great job of tending to us in a really friendly, professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We also enjoyed some delicious cooked meals (and great wine selection) in the evenings, a credit to the chef! We would recommend Acros to anyone staying in the Vlorë county without question. "

"If you, like me, were drawn in by the main image of beanbags on the beach, don't be. Whilst this is a bar owned by the hotel, you don't get access unless you buy drinks at the bar. As a mother with two young kids, this didn't happen and we didn't end up eating breakfast lounging on the beanbags with a view of the sea as I envisaged, but rather in the, not quite so fun, basic restaurant area behind the bar. Breakfast wasn't great either. The room was basic but clean and quite spacious and the hotel is right next to the beach. Unlike with other beachside hotels we stayed in, loungers were not included in the price but were extra (€10/day). We ended up leaving a day early and didn't receive a refund for that night (which would have been a nice gesture but to be fair, part of the cancellation agreement). "

"This is the third time staying to the property and so clean and the best customer service in Albania when it comes to hotels and food. highly recommend to family and friends to stay for a stress free visit in Tirana, all your vacation needs will be met! Have stayed at other hotels in Albania and this one is first class in my opinion."

Great hotel in amazing location.

"Great hotel in amazing location just next to the beach. Reception staff were incredibly helpful & everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Lovely breakfast buffet included for free. This had a wide range of food and plenty of choices. Sunloungers & beach towels also included for free which saved lots of money as these cost 10euros for 2 elsewhere. We booked a family suite which was perfect for the 4 of us as it gave our 2 teenagers a separate adjoining bedroom. Cleaners came daily with new towels & the place was spotless. Rooms had soundproofing which was great so never heard other guests. The bed had quite a hard mattress but that would be my only note and to be honest it was so much better than sleeping on a mattress that is too soft! Little supermarket and lots of beach restaurants a couple of minutes walk away but no noise problems. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely hope to come back and visit soon."
