"I love staying at this hotel!!! Always feel like a princess, from driving down the long winding drive, checking in with the helpful staff, to being waited on by the attentive bar staff. The courtyard rooms are cosy but not always easy to find your way to them... The rooms in the main castle are stunning, well decorated and have everything you could possibly need. The Bistro bar serves great food and drinks with a lovely atmosphere. The main restaurant is a beautiful setting for a buffet breakfast with high quality food. I will certainly be going back!!!"

"Prompt Reception Staff. Clean hotel and really nice facilities. Pool is such a great addition with the water features and sauna too. Pricey hotel but in line with those in Bath. Would I stay again, for sure yes but more on a special occasion. "

"Lovely one night stay. Room was excellent. Enjoyed the piano man entertainment immensely in the Merlin bar. Nice relaxed space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needed more bar staff however, to prevent queues. Would get your dining reservations in early if planning to have evening meal, but casual dining in Merlin bar was good. "
