Beautiful Hotel with awesome Owner that provides that personal hotelier touch. George gave us a history lesson and was gracious and accommodating of our every request - a delightful respite with considerable history. Very clean and modern rooms with art and antiquities everywhere. Will definitely recommend to others.

Very old hotel but in very good shape.
George the owner was great and very personable. He made a very good recommendation for dinner and set up reservations.
Parking on site!!
Breakfast was very good.
Hot water in the shower! Bathroom has been modernized.

The mobile cabins have Air-conditioning which was a welcome relief
Only downside is you can only use the ironing room between 3pm and 10pm

Excellent family hotel

Interconnecting family room was great for our requirements- there’s a sliding door between the 2 rooms, and no access to main corridor from the twin bed room. Plenty of space, clean & comfortable. Good selection of breakfast. Georg provided lots of helpful information & happily stored our main luggage while we hiked in the nearby mountains. Would highly recommend & hope to visit again some day.
