"The room was great. The staff so helpful. When our first room had a issue with lacking freezer they quickly moved us to another option and it was on the 4th floor great space. When we needed a coffee or anything they quickly helped out. If you need baggage storage/or drop off as our luggage had to be delivered late they were again so helpful. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Good location a short walk from the metro station. Friendly receptionists. Room was clean and had a good amount of space with kitchen facilities. Plenty of glassware also provided. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night even though the surrounding area was really good for nightlife. Only problem was that the keys could be difficult to use, but reception did warn us about this and gave us a way to make them open the door."

"The instructions on how to get to the place was incorrect. We were told to go to Gate B. Reception is Gate A in rhe 3rd floor. We did not know how to get to the reception. We had to ask the nearby apartment reception on how to contact the property. Location is very convenient to everything. Apt has full kitchen. The clothes after using the washing machine did not wring well. It is nice that the place had a patio w table n chairs to have a meal on a sunny day."

"Property is pretty well located with most of the monuments and attractions no more than a 15 mins walk. Area is full of High end (Michelin star and Guide) restaurants as well as local and international high rated ones. Local coffee shops and grocery stores all around no more than 8 mins walk. Property is clean and modern, you will really feel comfortable. The apartment assigned has two bathrooms what is pretty convenient and your traveling with family or groups. "Stunning property very nice and helpful staff house keepers were exceptional, we had a gorgeous apartment some minor notes would be we had some issues with our showers, the AC isn’t very good at all made it quite hard to relax and sleep and the TV was dated. Overall despite those little issues it is a lovely property in a good location that’s very cost friendly and is visually lovely!"

It’s misrepresenting I booked at your hotel because I thought I was going to have a Kosher breakfast and I paid for it but I can’t eat it. I’m going to come on line on a group that looks for kosher hotels, and say that you are not a Kosher Hotel and you are misrepresenting yourself . "There's no shampoo, there is a washing machine but no detergent, the clothes drying rack provided is also broken... I can buy all these in a nearby supermarket but just made my stay stressful. Also very wasteful just for a few nights stay. Need to mention that the luggage storage service is not on-site and you have to pay your own. The apartment staff suggested a place nearby but then I noticed it actually does not open on the weekend. You would not want to deal with all these hassles during...

"Lovely hotel with great service. The rooms are clean and white. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion so you don't need to bring much with you. Really well situated to walk to most places in Budapest like the Danube, Parliament Building and Cathedral. Near to 3 metro stations, buses and shops. The staff gave great recommendations like downloading the BudapestGo app which was a game changer. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Hotel in perfect location for sightseeing everywhere walkable. We opted for premium river view room and were really pleased with size of room and the view of the river absolutely beautiful view especially at night . The buffet breakfast was great loads of choice "
